The process to transfer photos to iPad from your computer, either Mac or PC, is quite simple but firstly you will need to install iTunes onto your computer or install Wireless Transfer App on your iPad. You may follow bellow steps to transfer photos to iPad from computer with iTunes and without iTunes.
Transfer photos from computer to iPad with iTunes
Step 1: Connect your iPad to the computer using data cable that comes with iPad. Run iTunes, then select your iPad in the DEVICES section of the iTunes Source list.
Step 2: From the main iTunes browser window, click on Photos tab; Select the checkbox “Sync Photos from” and then select “Choose Folder…” option from drop-down menu. Browse to the pictures folder from computer and hit “Select Folder” button.
Step 3: When the photo albums listed in iTunes, select all pictures that you want to copy in iPad and click Sync/Apply button from bottom right corner.
Please note: If you use a Mac, photos can be synced from iPhoto directly. Any time you add photos to the synced folder or album, iTunes will automatically update the pictures on your iPad whenever it is connected to your computer.
Transfer photos from computer to iPad without iTunes
Step1. Download the Wireless Transfer App from App Store. Then install it to your iPad.
Step2.Launch the Wireless Transfer App and you will find the http address at the bottom of the screen as shown on the above screenshot.
Step3. Open a web browser in your computer and type the address exactly as the same as the address on your iPad.
Step4. Click the Upload button on the top right corner of the webpage. Select the photos ready to be uploaded from your computer. Then the photos will be downloaded to your iPad very quickly.
